What's up, team! The day has arrived. Today I present to you Mortal Kombat for the Nintendo 64.
After countless hours of work, I finally have something playable... more or less.
Just a heads-up: this ROM is run with the Ares emulator. It hasn't been tested with any flashcards, so if you try it, it's at your own risk. It's also likely not worth the effort to transfer the file to a flashcard.

Download the .z64 ROM file below. This is a proof-of-concept and requires a compatible emulator or hardware to run.
How to Run / Compatibility
This ROM has been tested and is known to work perfectly on the following setups:
- High-Accuracy Emulators: The recommended emulator for PC is Ares, which is focused on accuracy and runs this demo flawlessly.
- Original N64 Hardware: The ROM is compatible with original N64 consoles via a modern flashcart (e.g., Everdrive 64, Krikzz, Summercart64).
- Analogue 3D: It is also confirmed to work on the Analogue 3D FPGA console.
- MiSTer FPGA: N64 Core
Other emulators might work, but are not guaranteed. For the best experience, please use one of the tested methods above.

Game starts on "Gopher64", but it crashed after short time.

The demo relies on high-accuracy emulation, which is why it might crash on some emulators. For now, it's confirmed to work perfectly on these setups:
Ares Emulator (on PC)
Original N64 Hardware (with a flashcart)
Analogue 3D
MiSTer FPGA (N64 Core)
